Credit card charge authorization terms and conditions

I authorize XYZ Two Way Radio Service to charge my credit card for reservations made by me or on my behalf. I acknowledge that these charges exclude tolls, airport parking, and waiting time. All rates are calculated in local currency and billed in US dollars. I understand that I am responsible for any additional charges, such as tolls, airport parking fees, and extra waiting time charges, which must be settled at the time of service.

Responsible for providing information to the Dispatcher

Customers are required to contact XYZ Dispatcher at 929-XYZLIMO (929-999-5466) or (800) 535-3377 if they cannot find their driver. Leaving the delivery area without notifying XYZ will result in an unattended charge to the credit card on file. Includes a full reservation fee and a 45-minute waiting period. Customers are also responsible for reasonable fees in terms of tolls, parking and waiting. XYZ’s driver will charge extra during service.

Refund Policy

I understand that to cancel a reservation, XYZ Two Way Radio must be notified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time. Failure to provide this information will result in a credit card cancellation fee equal to the total deposit. All published prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Liability

XYZ Two Way Radio is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, including, but not limited to, weather, road conditions and vehicle damage XYZ Two Way Radio accepts no liability for lost or for damage, personal effects, or items left in a vehicle. Please note that child safety seats are not provided. Parents and guardians must ensure compliance with state and federal laws by providing and installing child safety seats for children travelling in XYZ Two Way Radio vehicles.

Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited in XYZ Two Way Radio vehicles:

Consuming alcohol
Glass containers
Smoking
Ammunition
Explosives
Fireworks
